Calvin Sun is 8D AGA. He has been playing Go for almost 10 years. He learns from Mingjiu Jiang 7p. Calvin has represented USA in the World Youth Go Championship at least 6 times and has won many other tournaments including the US Youth Go Championship and Redmond Cup.
Hugh Zhang[7d] Hugh Zhang is 15 years old and has been playing Go for around 10 years. and competed in various national and international tournaments. I've placed in the top 4 of the USYGC every year since it started . I also won the 2008 Redmond Cup, and was the runner up for 2007. 5/6 time Jujo Cup/Ing Youth champion, a bay area youth tournament.
Andrew Huang has been playing go for eight years. He is currently 6 dan AGA and 5 dan CGA. In 2008 he was the runner up in the Redmond Cup junior division. He has represented Canada and North America multiple times in the World Youth Go Championships, World Mind Sport Games, and various friendlies. Andrew has previously taught and motivated beginner players in his region online and face to face. Andrew also does game reviews year round for the CGA League. He is currently a junior at Mountain Lakes High School in New Jersey.
Justin Teng is currently about 6d aga and has been playing Go for 5 years without a teacher after watching Hikaru no Go. While he has not won any big tournaments, he qualified for the 2012 AGA-TygemGo Pro Qualifier Tournament and was also a US team member for the 2012 World Mind Sports Games. In addition, he has some experience with teaching members of his school Go Club over the past 3-4 years.
Yunxuan Li (AGA 5d) is 15 years old and has played Go for almost eight years. He has placed and won in numerous AGA tournaments, and has also won the AGHS Young Lions Tournament for two consecutive years. He has studied under Yilun Yang 7P for x years and has also visited the Ge Yu Hong Go institute in China in the summer of 2012. At the Go institute, he was able to play a lot of strong Chinese teens who trained very hard every day to pursue their dream of becoming a pro. Yunxuan would love to share the knowledge he has learned there and also from his other experiences to help others improve their Go skills and understanding.
